Plan limit reached

The request needs more than your plan includes: a monthly AI-generation allowance, the number of projects, an export format or API keys.

What to do: Nothing was deleted. Wait for the monthly reset, or upgrade in Billing & plan and carry on where you left off.

Email address not confirmed

Posting in the community, and AI generation after your first few plans, need a confirmed email address.

What to do: Open the link in your welcome email, or use “Send the link again” at the top of the app.

Checkout unavailable

Online payment for this plan or billing period isn't available right now.

What to do: Contact us through the contact form and we'll set up the plan for you.

Incorrect email or password

The email and password don't match an account.

What to do: Check both, or reset your password from the sign-in page.

Account temporarily locked

Too many failed sign-in attempts in a row.

What to do: Wait 15 minutes, or reset your password.

Two-factor code needed

This account uses two-factor authentication.

What to do: Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or a recovery code.

Wrong or expired code

The two-factor code didn't match or was already used.

What to do: Wait for the next code in your app and try again.

Session ended

Your sign-in expired or was ended on another device.

What to do: Sign in again.

Link invalid or expired

A password-reset, confirmation or invitation link was already used or has expired.

What to do: Ask for a new link.

Email already registered

An account already uses this address.

What to do: Sign in instead, or reset the password.

Not found

The item doesn't exist, was deleted, or belongs to another organization (we don't say which).

What to do: Check the link and the organization you're working in.

Not allowed

Your role in this organization can't do this — for example a viewer editing a design.

What to do: Ask an owner or admin to change your role.

Changed elsewhere

Someone saved a newer version of this design while you were editing.

What to do: Reload the design; your unsaved changes are kept locally so you can reapply them.

Invalid drawing

The plan document failed validation — for example an opening that doesn't fit its wall.

What to do: The error lists each problem; fix them in the editor and save again.

Nothing to export

The design has no geometry yet.

What to do: Draw or generate something first.

Invalid input

A field is missing or out of range. Each problem is listed under `errors`.

What to do: Correct the fields named in the response.

Not signed in

No valid access token or API key was sent.

What to do: Send `Authorization: Bearer <token or ank_… key>`.

Too many requests

You went over the per-minute rate limit of your plan.

What to do: Wait for the number of seconds in `Retry-After`; the `RateLimit-*` headers show your budget.

Invalid page cursor

The `cursor` parameter isn't one we issued.

What to do: Start again from the first page and follow `next_cursor`.

Conflict

The request clashes with the current state — for example a name that's already taken.

What to do: Read `detail` for the specific clash and change the request.
